Had no ironing facilities and charged me 4.50 for pressing my shirt. Also, receptionist wrote down my credit card details on paper after I ask him not too. Very unprofessional.

The room was modern with clean towels and bottled water, could leave my car on site. Close to a subway station, the location was unbeatable and particularly good, close to metro.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Greatly enjoyed how well-organized and fully equipped the property was. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice with a subway station nearby.- Workers were competent and attentive.

Very helpful staff, good facilities and excellent coffee shop/breakfast room

Car parking is a real problem in this area and the hotel car park is often full - they don't tell you that you can park in the Real Palacio's larger CP about 200 metres down the road, unless you ask!

Hotel is in a quiet area around the corner from Metro Sao Sebastiao which is a few Metro stops from the centre, it's a relatively short journey to see Parques de Nacoes. Breakfast has lots of options. Hotel personnel very nice. Ask for safe lock when you check in, for some reason it´s not automatically given to you.
